Speed Touch 330 (roxo) AJUDA P/ CONFIGURAR

Pessoal, axei alguns tutoriais p/ configurar esse modem ADSL (USB), + ocorre o seguinte erro:

Alguém sabe a que se refere???

estou seguindo os passos desse tutorial:

Tentei instalar o gcc + nada.....

Alguém pode dar um help?
