Amigão vc ja tentou instalar usando os pacotes rpm?
Acesse:
http://rpm.livna.org/fedora/6/i386/repodata/
veja os pacotes kmod-nvidia e : xorg-x11-drv-nvidia eu instalei assim mas claro que usei o smart de pois que o yum (***da) parou de funcionar pra instalar o kernel-devel aqui, vc instalou o Kernel-devel ai?
