Beryl-Manager ---Erro-- (Resolvido)

Problemas com o Beryl

Olá,

Consegui instalar o drive da nvidia, aparentemente sem problema algum:
# glxinfo | grep direct
direct rendering: YES

Verifiquei tb o compiz e ele não está ativado

Dai instalei o beryl
yum install -y beryl-core beryl-manager beryl-plugins beryl-settings emerald emerald-themes (tentei instalar separadamente tb)

Fiz as alterações no xorg.conf: (Qdo eu faço essas alterações ao reiniciar o modo x trava e nao carrega, mesmo tentando recuperar as configurações ele fica instavel e sou obrigado a formatar a maquina...3 vezes ja hehehehe)

Qdo eu nao altero o xorg.conf reinicio sem problemas mas qdo eu vou dar
#beryl-manager
Aparece o seguinte erro:
Xlib: extension "XVideo" missing on display ":0.0".
xvinfo: No X-Video Extension on :0.0

Ainda sim aparece alguns icones do beryl, posso acesa-los sem travamento mas os efeitos nao são habilitados.

Alguem tem alguma sugestão que possa me orientar? desde ja agradeço

Algumas considerações:
Parece que ao dar o erro e pela minha tentativa de voltar ao modo X o xorg.conf se configurou para tal e ficou assim, eu havia deixado o xorg.conf como citei no primeiro topico. Ainda no xorg.conf na seção "Screen" em modes observe que so ha duas alternativas de resolução para mim.
Burlei isso indo no NIVIDIA X server settints (Aplicações--Ferramentas de sistema) e mudei para 1024x768, 75hz.
Dai fui em (Sistema--Preferencia--Resolução de tela) para conferir a mudança e aparece 1024x768 so que a 103hz (isso mesmo 103) (nao abrindo a opção de modificar esse valor)

Bom, o que eu fiz...Formatei a maquina novamente atualizei tudo com yum upgrade e veriifiquei o kernel que agora tenho certeza que estao certos

Qdo eu digito yum list | grep -i nvidia nao me retorna nada, nenhum erro, apenas uma nova linha. Mas sei que estou com os drivers instalados, vejo o icone da nvidia na intalação, existe um icone em Sistema - Nvidia X server settings

Dai tentei instalar o beryl, depois de instalado sem fazer nenguma alteração no xorg.conf tentei ativar o beryl e aparece:

Cara vc instalou o driver pelo kmod-nvidia?
Outra coisa estou usando aqui no momento uma fx 5200 normalmente.

caso tenha instalado o driver de outra forma tente pelo:

yum install kmod-nvidia blz???

A melhor opção é instalar o pacote do driver via yum. Para tanto, é preciso ter o repositório livna habilitado.

Seguindo essas orientações, nenhuma mudança no xorg.conf é necessária para funcionar.
